With whole a hog, you can expect to receive about 150lbs of fresh cuts.
A whole hog may include the following:
- Boston butt/picnic roast or steaks
- Loin chops or roasts
- Fresh pork belly
- Fresh ham roasts or steaks
- Ground pork
- Bacon, sausage or cured hams
