The price for a quarter Wagyu beef is based on the hanging weight (the weight of the animal after harvest and before processing).

After processing, trimming, and aging, customers can expect a take-home weight of approximately 60–65% of the hanging weight. This final packaged weight will vary slightly based on individual animal original weight at harvest, cut selections and processing preferences.

How it works:

Place your Deposit on the Quarter Beef

We take your cow to the butcher (about 2 weeks from the time deposit is made)

You complete the cut sheet letting the butcher know details on cuts of beef you would like (thickness on steaks, size of ground beef packages, etc.)

Meat is packaged and vacuum sealed roughly 3 weeks after drop off.

We'll charge you for the total weight of meat that you will receive and prepare your meat for pick up or local delivery!
