Looking for more flavor in your pork than you can find in the grocery store? We've got you covered! Our midwest raised pork comes straight from the family farm, raised on pasture and never given any antibiotics or homones. Our hogs are processed in a USDA approved processing facility.

With half a hog, you can expect to receive about 60-70lbs of fresh cuts.

A half hog may include the following:

  • Boston butt/picnic roast or steaks
  • Loin chops or roasts
  • Fresh pork belly     
  • Fresh ham roasts or steaks     
  • Ground pork   
  • Bacon, sausage or cured hams
